#MM Karaoke

Karaoke has become the fun party activity, but it's best when done by professional singers.

or is it better when performed by my son?

#WW Inspirational Songs

This week's theme is Inspirational songs. Nothing inspires me more than this song that continually rises from my TV set. If that doesn't inspire us, nothing will.

Win a $10 TpT Gift Card Blog Hop

Clarifying: To earn five points on the Rafflecopter, please leave a comment about a product on this blog post. Thanks!

Here in Tennessee, we're reaching into our third week of school. It's been a rough start with a lot of changes in rezoning, buses, student searches, and everything else that goes along with starting school. However, here is help. Teachers Pay Teachers is packed with great materials to ease you into the beginning of the year and to keep your class running smoothly year round.

My store is filled with logic problems. Perhaps you'd like a logic bundle filled with problems about holidays surrounding the year.

Musical Weather

Tomorrow is the first day of school for the kids here in Memphis; however, the weather is hotter than ever with days in the upper nineties or breaking into triple digits. I'm back to work, but the air conditioning in my portable isn't. Men worked on it Friday, and I'm praying they'll be back, tomorrow. Luckily, my kids don't come to me just yet. I couldn't host them in my portable if they did.

I love summer vacation and would enjoy Sitting on the Dock of the Bay with Otis; however, no bays near me or lazy sitting days.

Since school is starting, the songs need to be educational, like this one made for a sixth grade class studying weather. Way to go!

And if I'm gonna play an educational song,
I've got to share my favorite one!

Any teachers out there? If so, I have a teachers' store bustling with lots of great products. For a good time with accountable talk, I'll recommend this one. Provided are SIX short stories with ten to fifteen statements aimed to start strong discussion within the class. Students must decide if the statements are true, false, or if they can't tell. How much can one assume from a vaguely written passage? It's fun to find out.
